PC Designs - @pc.designsinteriors

PC Designs, an interior design firm based in Colorado, specializes in residential design and construction management. Principal Designer Paula Breuwet-Cohen and her team work closely with their clients to create spaces that evoke harmony and tranquility. 

Project Highlight

Interior designer Paula Breuwet-Cohen’s latest project showcases how natural stone can anchor a space's design narrative. 

"The design was inspired by my client's love for the counter material, which is 'Tiffany' Crystal Aquamarine Quartzite," Cohen explains. The material selections evolved naturally from there, with careful attention to complementary elements. "The flooring is your 'Sable' marble. Love the color and veining..." she notes, highlighting how the stone's natural patterns create visual harmony throughout the space. 

When asked about incorporating 2025's color of the year, Chen offers thoughtful insight: "Love the soothing tone of [Mocha Mousse]. I believe it is best used as a compliment to other colors... A new neutral, shall we say."

Studio Eidos - @studioeidosdesign

Studio Eidos is a luxury Chicago-based interior design studio that specializes in residential design. They blend classic designs with contemporary touches to create "collected and unexpected interior" spaces.

Project Highlight

“The design was inspired by the client herself. She envisioned her home as a retreat, a space where she could shed the sharp edges of her day-to-day world and embrace calm, contemplation, and ease. 

The goal was to highlight the loft’s character while layering in tactile, organic materials and a palette of warm neutrals to create a serene, spa-like atmosphere. This balance between industrial and organic reflects the client’s duality and makes the space feel deeply personal,” said Becca Jarrad, Founder and Creative Director.

For this project, they selected a natural limestone fireplace to enhance the balance of softness and warmth they wanted to bring to the loft. “We selected a limestone surround to add a sense of refinement and timelessness. The natural texture and subtle tones of the stone complemented the neutral palette throughout the space,” she explains. “It was important for the fireplace to feel like a central feature that blended seamlessly with the limewashed walls, creating a soft, cohesive look while still making a subtle statement.”

When asked about their impression of Mocha Mousse, they feel it is a versatile color that fits in with today’s design landscape. “[It’s an] inviting neutral, perfect for creating spaces that feel grounded and comforting. It pairs great with natural materials and other earthy hues. If it fits the vision for a project, we’d definitely embrace it.”
